Stopped here to resize my watch and my wife’s watch. Natalia met us at the door and helped us every step of the way, making the whole process very easy and pleasant. At the end, she let us know the service was complimentary. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend Burdeen’s Jewelry.

I found Burdeen's through an online listing I came across while researching a specific Omega I was looking to purchase. I called the Buffalo Grove location and was connected with Irina who took excellent care of me. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive.
The watch itself, although used, was in excellent condition. In fact, it looks brand new, save for some light creasing on the leather strap. The pictures on their website accurately represented the condition of the watch. Despite being used, the watch came with all of the original papers and boxes, including the original manufacturer's warranty which still covered the watch.
I am extremely satisfied with my Burdeen's experience and plan on purchasing additional pieces through Irina in the near future.
