  Great experience at Castro Integrative Medicine! What stood out most is that prescribing medication is not the knee jerk response. Dr. Castro and the team take time to look at lifestyle factors, underlying causes, and alternative options first. The care feels thoughtful, personalized, and genuinely focused on long term health.   Dr. Castro and his staff are exceptional! Dr. Castro is always concerned and spends as much time as needed to discuss any questions that I have. His recommendations have improved my quality of life related to some issues that I have dealt with over the last 6 years. All of the staff are super nice, caring and professional.   Dr. Castro and his team treated me for ulcerative colitis and after roughly a year my symptoms were virtually non existent. I was sick for 5 years before finding Dr. Castro and his treatment was the only thing that worked for me. Very thankful to have found this medical practice.
