  After staying in Key West for over 20 years, my husband and I decided to stay at the luxurious Steamplant on a multi-month basis since 2017. We've stayed in four different condo units and have enjoyed each one. We can honestly say that this place is beyond any place you've stayed on the island with two designated parking spaces for each unit. Accommodations: There are multiple floors that boasts over 3,000 square feet of upscale living. Each unit we stayed in were all three bedrooms with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom that was appreciated by our guests. There's also a half bath available for guests who aren't staying over. The units are all equipped with the essentials one would need while staying for extended periods of time and we never felt we were lacking. We were comfortable whether we were hanging on the multiple balconies, the rooftop where we enjoyed our own private plunge pool, enjoying the sunset at the end of the rooftop, or simply relaxing inside. Dog friendly: We have a dog and The Steamplant is very dog friendly with its own private dog park on-site. Dog walkers are available but we didn't use that service. The Steamplant Team: We can't say enough how much we appreciate and respect Jon, Lyman, Jesse, and Dominic. They're constant friendly smiles, always on the ready when needed, very knowledgeable, and we believe they can fix anything, and the kindest personalities. We think they're pretty great.   By far the BEST place to stay in Key West. Stunning, quiet, convenient with the most incredible staff!!! Highly recommend if you want to stay in a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️environment. Private gated parking, your own personal pool, deck and bbq. Private elevator, gym, ice machine…. I could go on and on.

  I have had many opportunities in the past 20+ years to reside in short and long term rentals in and around Key West while working and playing. Steamplant through the past 4 years has provided my wife and I both an exciting experience and opportunity to celebrate Christmas and New Years (Nov - Jan). We are thrilled with our annual stay, especially being only a short walk or bike ride to Duval and other holiday events. The Steamplant’s lavish up to date lifestyle, beautiful condo’s, along with manicured grounds, a clean provided dog (pet) area are all provided. The vehicle parking area is gated, enclosed and out of the environment with plenty of room for bicycles which is a huge benefit. Your vehicle is right next to you own private elevator to your condo and personal roof top pool. The staff through the years has always treated us as family and jumped through hoops to make our stay an outstanding experience. John Shaw the manager along with the logistical general maintenance team, Lyman and Jess are always up beat hard workers providing only the best of service. Miriam provides the general house keeping in common areas safe and clean. I would recommend Steamplant to anyone looking for an upper scale vacation rental 28 days or more.   We love Steamplant. We have been coming to Key West since 1992 and have stayed at many properties on the island. Nothing compares to Steamplant. The privacy, the gardens, the rental unit, and the staff are top notch. Our favorite location in Key West is the Historic Seaport and we were tucked away on Trumbo road in a quiet area close to all the action. Our condo was huge by Key West standards and even with three couples, we had plenty of privacy in the condo. The views from the rooftop private pool were unparalleled. Thanks to the owners of Steamplant for making these properties available for rent.
